Dr. Sydney Oberholtzer earned her veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She was drawn to veterinary medicine because it combines science with compassionate animal care and offers the opportunity to advocate for animals while supporting the bond they share with their families.
Dr. Oberholtzer especially values the long-term relationships that internal medicine allows her to build with patients and their families. She enjoys managing complex and chronic diseases and incorporating new research, emerging diagnostics, and evolving treatment strategies into thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each patient.
Outside of work, Dr. Oberholtzer enjoys running, yoga, trying new restaurants, and unwinding with reality TV alongside her cat, Arnold, and dog, Herriot.
